Long before the foundation of AuwerA, we fell in love with the amazing world of technological development and innovations in food (including beverages).

More than in any other of our focus areas, the insights in how our food grows, develops and adapts to the rapidly changing environmental challenges will thrive a number of innovations that will change how each of us will consume tomorrow and in the next decades and centuries. Focusing on health, for ourselves, but also for our planet, and on being able to serve enough high-quality food to the rapidly growing population, the impact of Food Tech & Innovation will be far beyond our imagination, but also arriving faster than believed possible in our imagination.

Together with (digital) healthcare, Food Tech and Innovation was one of the focus areas at the basis of AuwerA and still today, both remain at the core of our existence. Out of love, the Coup de Coeur.
