AuwerA is a managing director at PRISMA Group, an investment holding co-founded by Bert Van der Auwera.
The PRIority and Special Mechanics & Automation Group was founded to invest in innovative companies and technologies focused on first responders, medical & security services and healthcare.
First acquisition: AB Technics
The first acquisition was AB Technics BV, a leading company in the conversion of vehicles for police forces, medical services and fire brigades; and a supplier of paramedical goods for hospitals and medical services, and specialised textile.
Today, AB Technics is expanding its activities and invests in the development of new applications based on automation, robotics and digital solutions to assist the priority services during their operations.
AuwerA is chair of the board of AB Technics and managing partner.
